Our public health department provides a report of these balances to us each year; however, the balances have been growing tremendously and we are concerned about the calcuations. We need a clearer understanding of what goes into this calculation in order for us to validate the numbers we are receiving.Our Public Health department is also working to find resources to assist in the overall understanding of this item.I am looking for any instructions, tips or worksheets that you use to calculate these balances and would be willing to share with us.
