    Good Afternoon,

The Town of Landis is investigating ways to improve our property management systems to ensure compliance with State and Federal (Particularly ARP) guidelines. If your jurisdiction has a Loss, Damage, or Theft policy and/or procedures that meets or exceeds both State and Federal guidelines for property management; could you share it with me? I would like to use a few policies from other jurisdictions as reference material for drafting our own. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance that can be provided on this matter.

    Thanks,
